By accessing or using FormaAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FormaAI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on FormaAI's website and application are provided on an 'as is' basis. FormaAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

FormaAI is not a medical device. The nutritional insights and suggestions provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

4. Subscription Terms

FormaAI offers a Premium subscription service that provides unlimited logging and advanced AI features.

• Subscription Pricing: $2.99 per month (or local equivalent).
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellations: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5. Limitations

In no event shall FormaAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FormaAI's website or application.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
